Neck tightness

    Just wondering if anyone on here gets neck tightness during and after a attack. It seems that after an attack for days to weeks after i'm doing PT to try and loosen it. I also get tightness above my eyebrows and tend to have a headache there a lot of the times that go along with the neck tightness. Just happened here at work and made me think of it. I have an appointment with my specialist at Mass Eye and Ear tomorrow and I'll bring that up to him along with many other things. I've had a rough couple weeks that i'll be talking to him about as well. May have to take the next step. Cheers

    Yes I did. I attributed it to my body wanting to minimize further dizziness/vertigo by tightening up to keep the head as balanced as possible and not turning around as much, etc.

    My neck is chronically sore, in spite of Physiotherapy, home exercises and yoga as tolerated. Sometimes it’ll be more sore before an attack, and yes definitely after attacks.

    Ok that is what i thought. Just a round robin of spend weeks getting it loose then have an attack and do it all over again, and again. It really is about as annoying as the tinnitus at this point its always so tight. Thanks

    I seem to keep a constant headache, it feels like a vice grip on the back of my head. It happens every day. Can’t figure it out.

    Also have a throbbing headache which has been consistent 24/7 over 2 month now.
    Does anyone get very dizzy when they tilt their head to the side that the Menieres is on. It happens to me in my right side when I tilt my head my then 20 degrees.
