Pycnogenol

    Has anyone on this forum ever tried pycnogenol for MD?

    If you do a search for pycnogenol and MD you'll find numerous studies of it increasing the blood flow to the inner ear. My theory is if you taking an antiviral and lysine wouldn't this help to get it to the inner ear?
    More blood flow more meds.

    Current,y on b5,b6 and JoH regime
    If I add another, so what?
    Just another pill but makes sense
    Also considering anti viral

    I'm taking it along with JOH, B5/B6, magnesium, and COQ10. The combined mix has helped me a great deal, but I can still trigger an attack with too much salt or alcohol.

    Look up the side effects....may cause dizziness, vertigo and upset stomach. Mine as well stay where I'm at haha
