I can take my hearing aid in to the clinic I bought it at and they can adjust it. They said when I bought it. Not sure exactly what that means. My bad ear continues to slowly make noise sound tinnier (as in tin can). It makes everything sound like an AM pocket radio. I'd be glad if the base sounds could be emphasized. Anyone know about this?

Pupper definitely take your aid in for an adjustment. They will be able to take away the "tinner" sound or I should say "should be able". I had the same issue and had it adjusted. Good luck!

I lost base sounds. No hearing aid could do anything but amplify the distortion and sound i did have. Antivirals gave me back the bass.

    it’s all about the bass...

I use a Starkey Hearing aid. My audiologist was able to amplify the ranges I needed when it was milder more specific hearing loss. Now we are ramped up to loud across the board.
