Hey Guys! (Woke up very Dizzy) please help

    Hi Guys,
    i just woked up very dizzy
    it feels like everytime i move my head or get in a different position
    im gonna get super dizzy.

    my symptoms have been very mild
    But for some reason. sometimes (at least once a year)
    i woke up very dizzy and then fades through the morning.

    but this time i feel way more dizzy, have you had this?
    im getting pyconolgenol in a few hours.
    it usually works excellent on my symptoms.

    Do you feel nauseous if you move your head?

    I dont feel nauseous, but i feel dizzy if i move my head quickly

    I was going to say that if you were nauseous, it might have been an allergic reaction to something in addition to your Ménière's. But now I'm uncertain.

    Do you or have you been tested for allergies? I have seasonal (environmental) allergies and when my main reactors (grass, pollen, ragweed, mold) flare in the environment i tend to get dizzy if I move my head too quickly. You could try sudafed or similar decongestant along with flonase to see if it helps, just a thought.
