I’m bumping this for you. I know my doc wanted me to take 50 mg of niacin twice a day. Did nothing for me ♀️
Thanks, I've been doing some research and I think I found the multivitamin that ticks the most boxes of vitamins that could potentially help with Meniere’s Disease. Link Vitamin B-1 (as Thiamin Mononitrate) 27 mg Riboflavin (Vitamin B-2) 30 mg Vitamin B-3 (as Niacin, Niacinamide) 100 mg Vitamin B-6 (as Pyridoxine) 36 mg Vitamin B-12 (as Cyanocobalamin) 120 mcg Ginkgo [leaf] 10:1 Extract yielding 96 mg flavone glycosides and 24 mg terpene lactones Citrus Bioflavonoid Complex 100 mg Magnesium (as Oxide, Aspartate) 100 mg Ginger [root] 8:1 Extract Vitamin C (as Ascorbic Acid) 250 mg Vitamin E (as d-alpha Tocopheryl) 30 IU Any thoughts?
This is a very old recommendation--I was told to do this when I was dx'd 45 years ago. It didn't do anything for me, either. I'm very surprised to hear this is still being recommended.
My doctor told me it had to be flushing niacin. Supposed to increase circulation in the ear. Did not help me.
