Does anyone have a link to Dr. Gacek's report on antivirals? I would like to print it out for future reference. I am considering asking my PCP to prescribe antivirals and need something to bolster my case. I can't find it online and I did find a link on one of the forums here, but when I tried it, all I got was a "page not found" message. Thanks for any help anyone can give me.

It cites a few more studies. I am planning on sharing all of this with my ENT next week.
