I need to go out and water my flowers. I opened the door to go out and it felt like walking into an oven. I still have an hour or so of daylight, so I'm going to wait until the last minute.
Rainy in Calgary. It’s so green! Usually all the fields are brown grass this time of year. A good soggy day for weeding.
We've had a cooling trend the last several days. I went outside to water my yard after dinner last night. It was actually chilly. I watered my cucumber plants and came back inside. It's nasty and cloudy out this morning--very common in May and June, but unusual this far into summer. We've had more cloudy days this summer than anyone can remember.
It was 59 yesterday with lots of rain . However from tomorrow the temperature is going to rise up to 73 and it’s going to continue stay warm for a few days.
Big change in the weather here. It was sunny and in the mid to upper 90s just a few days ago. Today it's cloudy and in the upper 60s. I started noticing that the nights are getting chilly. I love summer and always dread for it to be over.
The weather here was mid to upper 90s, dry and sunny the last couple of days. Today it is in the 70s, cloudy and humid. Felt so good yesterday--today I feel like crap.
Supposed to be in the lower to mid 80s today. As much as I love heat, the mid to upper 90s we were having was just too hot.
Calgary is a few days past our average first frost day, with no frost, no snow! The leaves are starting to turn colours, and the wind feels nippy.
