I am wondering if there are any antivirals available for MD besides acyclovir, valacyclovir, and famcyclovir. I was able to get my MD into remission for about four years with the JOH regimen, but eventually that stopped working, so I added valacyclovir, according Dr. Gacek's instructions. After another four years that stopped working, so I switched from valacyclovir to famcyclovir, which has worked for two years. Now that is no longer working so well, and I am beginning to get dizzy spells again. Has anyone had success with any other antivirals?
