Erin, Just for reference, I too had 18 years of tinnitus without vertigo attacks. Was 32 when symptoms first appeared. I only have pulsatile tinnitus before and after attacks. Just regular tinnitus (24/7/365) the rest of the time. FYI, I am not currently taking anything for Meniere's. It is doubtful I will ever try any other medications or supplements for it. Jim
