    toe-yin.

Actual spelling: tóu yūn. Literally: head cloud

Say it all flat. Don't emphasize the "yun". Because then it means "to smuggle".

It's a useful word if you like massages or visit China.

One time, about a month after my first VNS, I actually got a vertigo attack because of an extra-long massage. The room started to rotate. She didn't understand why I suddenly sat up and tried to leave. She grabbed my legs and insisted on toweling off the oil. I kept telling her "I'm dizzy I have to leave right now. Let go. You don't understand." I sorta had to kick her off me. I don't know what she was saying. Probably, "I can't let you get dressed with oil all over you!" If I'd known how to say toe-yin at the time she could have been a help instead of a hinderance.
