PPPD

    Just discovering that I may have PPPD. Very commonly a comorbidity of Meniere's. I'm sure all you brilliant minds know this already, but I found it interesting and wanted to share. PPPD is directly impacted by your mood. So, if you're depressed or anxious, which is common with Meniere's (and in my opinion not openly talked about enough.) Meditation can be such a powerful tool in treating PPPD. It is one of the most effects ways to rewire your neural pathways, which also coincidentally helps to calm the T down a few notches. Ohm bitches.
