Hi All First post, I don't have full on menieres. Just hydrops which manifest as low pitch tinnitus. This is the bane of my life. Firstly, and weirdly, it stops (or i think it does) when someone is talking and continues in silence. Anyone notice the same? Do most of the people here have low pitch tinnitus? Has anyone managed to get rid of it? How? thanks Merlin
