Learn To Breathe

    Breathing exercises are great for staying calm/helping to decrease anxiety in general, but also during vertigo or dizziness. Added bonus: you'll strengthen your lung function. I came across this article(fair warning, the author is promoting a book)and I found it informative. I also know there are other members who can offer better tips/information, but I'm not sure they'd appreciate a mention. By all means, do, "pipe up," if you have useful breathing information to share!

    I want to say my ears are burning, however they may simply be emitting heat energy due to the tidal force placed upon them as they orbit my overinflated ego.
