I had an eye exam for glasses and from all the flashing lights. Beam light right in my eye, head tuning I have beenndizzyband lightheaded since. Three days now worse in the morning , it started right in the exam chair somthatnis why iam blaming the exam.....possible or am I going nuts!
Could have triggered a migraine response. Take some Advil (if you can handle it) and see if it goes down.
I just had an eye exam about 2 weeks ago. I wondered at the time if it would bother me but I had no ill effects at all.
