Central Fl, question: Does anyone take Zinc? And what is the dosage? I take Acylavor 800x3 a day, and L Lysine 1000 mg a day, along with the JOH regime, been on it for a 1 1/2 and having very good results. It took some time but it's so much better. Thank you all.
Marta I also live London I don't take zinc the only supplements I take are vit d and magnesium glycinate 400mg 2 in the morning and 2 at night. I was suffering with insomnia and now Im having the best sleep ever! I'm asleep within an hr and feel much more relaxed. I usually wake up silly hours in the morning and now I sleep straight through.
I also live London. I haven't been diagnosed having hearing test Thursday but be good to know "if you went privately" what's a good doctor.
