Got the flu shot, but my reaction seems to be stronger than in years past. Typically, I just have soreness at injection site, and low grade fever for a couple of days. This year, I actually felt like I had the flu. Sneezing, body aches etc. Coincidence, or more strains in the shot this year? Anyone else have a similar experience, or just happen to know about this years flu vaccine?
It is totally normal when getting vaccinated against any disease to have a strong reaction like the one you mention, sometimes you may have nothing, other times a little fever and other times a stronger reaction.
Received the Flu shot about 10 days ago, didn't think to much about it till about 5 days after the shot. Felt real crappy day 5 thru 7 after the shot. Might just have been me but now that you mention it the shot may have been the culprit.
