    Hi fellow sufferers

ive been on serc @ 16mg twice daily since seeing my ent doc, going forward i want to try the options people have posted on here eg benny hills regime, joh, antiviral etc.
Now im not sure if i should run them alongside the serc or to give the serc a few months to see if it has effect (not sure yet as mild dizzyness , visual problems , sound sensitivity still persist but no big vertigo attacks yet) then try each regime separately to see what works. Im carrying stemetil , diazapam , hyoscine around for rescue meds just in case im heading for a big attack.
    whats your thoughts please
im planning to run this through before movin to the more invasive options.

    regards

Personally, I do the "Kitchen Sink" approach - I throw everything I know at it at the same time. Then, if you are having success and feel brave enough, you can stop a treatment one at a time. That has worked in the past for me and seems to be working again. I do not take Serc because I tried it before and it did nothing for me. But I take AVs, most JOH plus about everything else that is mentioned here plus a restricted low arginine diet. There are a lot of good ideas in Mindosa's posts.

I see your point , i just didnt know whether it might be better to try and nail down which worked for me to get a definitive answer but im begging to think with this disease and its unpredictability it might be difficult as yet i cant seem to put my finger on any triggers

I totally agree with Donamo! When you feel really bad you want to stop this shit as soon as possible and at any cost!
