Most of my attacks come in the morning while taking a shower. Does that ring a bell with anyone? Was wondering if the hot water on my head can cause these.

Try not to wash your head for two days and you know it.

I wonder if the hot water is triggering a histamine release (the same thing that causes the symptoms of allergies...as allergies may be a component of MD). Alternatively, is there any mold in your bathroom/shower somewhere? Again, if you are sensitive to molds it might not be the water necessarily but the exposure to mold?

Maybe try taking an antihistamine an hour before your shower if possible and see if that helps?
