Just wondering if those of us on a pile of supplements are noticing a lowering of your blood pressure.

I have always had pretty "good" pressure, this summer it was around 107/58, heart rate 60 but now I am 94/50 HR 59.

I do notice it sometimes when getting up too quickly. It may be something you want to monitor.

BTW - my relapse is getting much better. It's been 4 months since I had an attack and about 2 months since bad balance issues. Unfortunately I think I lost some more hearing.

Most definitely something in your arsenal might be lowering your BP. I have been on the lower end of normal my whole life. However, a few months ago it just seemed to be going down and down as well as my heart rate.... For several months, similar BP numbers to your 94/50 but even lower HR, once at 46 and never more than 55. I took a hard look at what I was taking and in addition to the many MD supplements I was also taking one called Motherwort which is for perimenopausal symptoms (because I'm 49 and had some genitourinary issues related to hormones a few years ago). It occurred to me that the latin name for this thing is "Leonurus Cardiaca" (I'm a nerd like that) and I figured with "cardiac" in the name I should look into it more and sure enough, it is a herb also known for lowering blood pressure. So that immediately went into the trash and I added Licorice Root to my regimen because that a) is good for increasing BP and b) is antiviral. I also added some Adrenal glandular (short term only) because with all the stress I have been under (the MD itself over the last year and prior to that immense stress in my personal life which has been going on for many years) I figure my adrenals glands were/are shot to hell and they maintain BP (look into "Adrenal Fatigue") as well as immunity, etc. Now I am back to more "normal" numbers like 121/79 with HR 59 just recently.

I can't think of anything in the JOH regimen that have effects on BP that would be significant. What else are you taking? High dose magnesium or potassium supplementation might... And how low is your sodium intake? If it is less than 2000mg/day you might benefit from being more in that range than being in the 1500mg/day range where most of us are aiming....

I have always had very low pressure, 100-110 maximum and 6-7 minimum. I have never worried about it, they are within the best values one can have in tension.

There are supplements that can lower blood pressure somewhat, but above all, what lowers stress the most is to switch to a diet low in sodium (salt).

Although it would be interesting if more people shared their blood pressure data. To check if there is a tendency among Meniere sufferers to have low blood pressure, it could be one of the causes for example. Although I doubt it because then people who give up coffee, alcohol, salt and eliminating stress should not get better but get worse.

I believe that blood pressure is somehow connected with my MD case, maybe indirectly.
I always had normal blood pressure, about 120/80, but when my MD symptoms began, my blood pressure already was 140-180 / 90-100. Maybe it's due to stress, or maybe something wrong was happening in my body.
When I was fasting for 7 days only on water, my blood pressure became normal again. But 1-2 weeks after the fasting, my blood pressure increased slightly, but not as much as before the fast.
