Hi. I am new to here and am trying to find Meniere's Disease treatment. I found out there is a clinical trial going around in Canada, and USA for Meniere's Disease. Ménière‘s Disease Team is supporting research centers across the US and Canada to let people know about a clinical research study opportunity for those living with Ménière‘s Disease who have experienced hearing loss in one or both ears. Learn more about their efforts and see if you pre-qualify for this study by visiting their website at www.menieresdiseasestudy.com/78.htm Other people have mentioned it in their blog.. http://thedailydish.us/from-the-kitchen/new-menieres-disease-study/
My Doctor in Dallas is one of the Dr.'s doing this study. It is for Unilateral Meniere's. Check it out, especially if you are fairly new to Meniere's and have not had any surgeries. It's testing a suspension to hold the Dex (steroid) in the ear canal longer so that the Dex has more of a chance to effect the ear.
