    Chocolate is one of the most common triggers of migraine activity. Its very high on Buchholz’s list of triggers.

    Pardon my ignorance. I keep seeing MAV and I don’t know what it stands for. Please educate me.

    Migraine associated vertigo. Instead of getting the typical migraine headaches, MAV sufferers flop on the floor in full blown vertigo episodes. Plenty of discussion on this site if you search it.
