I curious how many of you guys have full time jobs? Is it possible? I'm very wary of driving in this Los Angeles traffic. I get way too dizzy in a car, am dizzy nearly every single moment of every day.

How does one work this out with employers?

I gave up and started working from home - life coaching, virtual admin work, whatever I could. I'm now, 5 years later, a digital marketing expert and working with an SAAS startup. If you're not well enough to drive, stay home as much as possible, and retool your life so you can do so. It's not safe for anyone else if you have an attack on the roads. I don't get any warning of attacks, so I only drive if I'm picking up groceries etc. It's actually saved me quite a bit of money too. Good thing I'm a homebody!
