Does anyone use ambient sound apps with earplugs to deaden the tinnitus ? Mine has become maddening and it helps a lot but when you stop, the ringing is right back to it. It's really the only peace of mind I have.
Honestly it’s really been mind over matter. My tinnitus is so bad latlely I have high pitched constant in a dead ear (right) and low pitched whooshing In the “good ear” (left) with pulsating mid to hight in the left. It s a cacophony of evil, but it’s what I have in my life. Not looking for sympathy, just saying’
Very sorry to read that, Ron and Ken. I do listen to rain and thunder, sometimes to a German comedian with a deep voice. But not with ear plugs, but with lightweight headphones. Hope very much you get relief and help. In Europe, Julian Cowan Hill is quite famous for his Tinnitus relief by Craniosacral Therapy. But not only that. You can find him on YouTube. But I am not sure if his remedies help with our MD induced problems. Best wishes Lilja
