I can't hep you but would like to warn you that many pharmacies that advertise as being Canadian in fact are not. They are Chinese or Indian, so check carefully.

My Duke University ENT sent my betahistine 25mg -2x/day prescription to this compounding pharmacy: Person Street Pharmacy, 702 N Person Street, Raleigh, NC., 27604 (919) 535-3732. Unfortunately, betahistine didn't work as expected for me but I do know of others who have found some relief for vertigo.
You may want to consider increasing your dose. I take 24mg every 8 hours and no longer have dizziness or vertigo.
Hey John, Here Is the compounding pharmacy that I used when I lived in California. The prescription was for 540 capsules of 24mg. Because of the short shelf life they split the prescription into two orders so 270 capsules of 24mg cost about $280 plus shipping. Use the app or call them for a refill. All the best my friend. No worries mate, it took 2-3 weeks for the betahistine to kick in and I kept increasing the dosage until the vertigo and dizziness stopped. Hopefully your insurance covers most/all of the cost as it is expensive. That’s great that you found a compounding pharmacy to work with. There are a lot of rumours and disinformation in America about obtaining betahistine but it really just comes down to the doctor giving the prescription and finding a good compounding pharmacy to fill it. I also use some of the John of Ohio regimen. Enjoy your weekend my friend.
Canadian Pharmacy King is my jam. I’ve been using them for years and source my generics (vs Serc) out of Canada at 8mg/100 count. They now allow me to order a 3 month supply so the $10 shipping cost is now diluted a bit
