Bugün buraya yazmak istedim. Sevgili John diyetine bugün itibariyle başladım. İlk doz lizinimi aldığımdan bu yana beş saat geçti ve şimdi bile biraz başım dönüyor. Umarım faydasını görebilirim. Özellikle sabahları iyi duyabilen sol kulağımın üzerine yattığımda başım dönüyor ve ağrım oluyor. İç kulakta veya orta kulakta bir sorun olduğu çok açık bence. Tabii ki doktora gittim, serum verildi ve az tuzlu diyet önerildi. Bakalım, umarım hepimiz daha sağlıklı günler geçiririz.

First of all, I wish you all the best with whatever you are going through. I think it is best you get a clear diagnosis first. You may not have menieres disease, I hope you don't. Of course, you can go on the John-of-Ohio-regimen right away, but with the people who profit from it, it may take several months, even longer. Taking lysine for a day or two will most likely not do a lot to ease your symptoms. So, again, I wish you all the best and hope your doctor can help you with a clear diagnosis. It is not easy to clearly diagnose Meniere's disease but you should do that first.
thank you very much. Both the ENT doctor and the neurologist requested both brain and ear MRI. The results are clear. My last ENT doctor diagnosed meniere. even in the ear and inside the nose were examined. I had some more balance problems after using Lysine, maybe it worked right away.
