    "Fullness" is not fun.

I can only offer what I've found to be beneficial; I've had success reducing that
feeling by using (smoked) cannabis. Two hits and it seems like the fullness just
disappears. Can't say for sure if it actually reduces the underlying cause, or
if it just nullifies the crappy feeling.

This is best used only when at home, and no plans to go anywhere soon. Being
retired, and as one who craves solitude, this is not an issue for me. It may be
    for others.

Just had a hearing test at my last Neurotologist visit, and my hearing hasn't
changed in the past five years. Deaf in rt. ear due to Laby, and left ear hearing
is poor, but functional. He strongly suggested I get an aid.

Sounds really weird but helps: gemstones therapy reloaded: I'm sticking little cold stones with a smooth surface into my ear. Keep them always in my frigde door. Change when the stone gets warm. In my office I place them on a frozen coolpack. Of course you have to take care they are not too small and too cold and not dirty.
    Greetings and all the best

I use a cotton stick to massage the ear canal and sometimes I feel better.
