Been doing fine. According to my "dizziness timeline", my last vertigo attack was on August 21. So I was on a roll. Feeling mostly ok (ish). The hearing going up and down like crazy but other than that mostly good. Then Tuesday rolls around and I wake up and feel completely nauseous. But nothing else. No dizziness. No hearing issues. Nothing. Figured it was something I ate maybe. Anyway, I stayed home from work, and around 11:30 when I'm starting to feel better, I feel the "wave". I get up and take some meclizine and immediately go lay down. I'm back up around 1 and feel ok. But the rest of the week I've had this CRAZY medicine head. It's more than the normal fullness I get with my ear. I'm not dizzy. But I feel like I could get an attack any second. Like I'm right on the edge. But it never happens. I just feel really floaty. Like I've taken too much cold medicine. Just all-around weird. As I said, this is a new one to me.
It does sound scary. It’s always better ,have it done and over’ rather than having to wait. However I hope it is never going to come. Fingers crossed.
Well, I seem to be doing better today. My hearing is back to so-so. Still distorted. But I'm not feeling floaty anymore.
I've definitely started noticing that before I get a full-on vertigo attack I usually have that rocking-boat/woozy/brain fog sensation. Sorry to hear yours ended up being a bad attack though - I hope you're recovering from that alright
