My Meniere’s is flaring up again this time with a loud low pitched humming droning sound. Does anyone else hear a similar sound and have a way of masking it so it doesn’t disturb you when you sleep?

I used white noise until my hearing got so bad I couldn't hear it any more. It worked while it lasted.
