I was diagnosed with Ménière’s many years ago. I would have to look to be sure when. Not long after I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia as well. I checked other symptoms I have this round and will be taking to the doctor about Vulvodynia. Yes, I looked it up. I am a billing and coding student so I need to know these terms.
I can’t remember the last time I had so much discomfort.
Ladies may recognize this…. Pain and discomfort at the opening of your va***a. Difficult to sit. May have similarities to a UTI. I’m ready for a break. Two weeks straight and I still need to work and go to classes.

    Anyone have anything similar? Suggestions?

Yikes, you are not in a good spot Denise. Can you arrange things to work from home? Coding classes should be able to be done remotely. That's my only suggestion, try to work and learn from home.

You could get one of the work "seats" that you kneel on. They were all the rage a few years ago.

Have them check your hormone levels, not only estrogen but testosterone as it can be related to low levels of both. Many women expect the estrogen to decline but don't realize that they need some testosterone too and many of us are too low without knowing it. Either way, a cream is applied to the area. Also a vaginal moisturizer from the drug store (Replens or Gynatrof, something like that) may help if you haven't already tried.
