Hello all, since my retirement, I often stay home and spend time reading and doing other home activities. I am enjoying my retirement life peacefully but can not accept my facial changes. My eyelids are drooping, and I think It started to affect my vision. The wrinkles on my face make me feel like I am old. Could anyone suggest any skincare tips?
Hi Tammy, I can relate to that kind of problems. If you have time you could do face yoga. "Blush with me Parmita" is quite interesting. I don't think it is necessary to buy expensive chemical products, but a nice and pure vegan face oil will help as well. Greetings Lilja
PS: I forgot facial (and neck) lymphatic Drainage /(self) massage. Very helpful also for Menière's Disease.
