I’m late stage menieres. 28 years , bi lateral. About three weeks ago my tinnitus began to act up again. Roaring jet plane in both ears. I am now having daily migraines. Vertigo is in check for now. Wondering if my bout with Covid last year has effected me. Non vaccinated, very light sensitive and migraines are challenging. Would greatly appreciate any feedback. Thank you

Hi James, I'm very sorry for you and your suffering.
Did any Doctor tell you about vestibular migraine? I had in examination with a neurologist, in my case he excluded the vestibular migraine. Yet my recommended diet is no red wine, old cheese, black chocolate, canned tuna.
    Salt reduction.
    (The typical migraine triggers.)
I do not eat meat and any products of cows and chicken since 1994.

    Get well soon, James!

Thank you very much for your reply. I might have been exceeding my salt intake. I’m going back to my old diet. I’m also a red wine drinker and love chocolate. Very grateful for your reply!!
