I have heart arrhythmia and was wondering if anybody has had any issues with Vinpo? The bottle said talk with a physician before taking but the online information didn't state that.
I don’t have formal arrhythmia but after few days felt rapid, pounding sometimes jumpy heartbeat every day for a week. Stopped just the Vinpo and within two days all back to normal. Have been on JOH regimen for about 8 weeks. After first 3 weeks saw tinnitus and vertigo slight improvement but then had to go on planned 3 week vacation to Grand Canyon and Sedona from SF. Just car riding - no walking. Guess it was 7500 and 5000 ft elevation as vertigo, tinnitus, left ear hearing immediately were 3x worse entire time even staying on JOH. 10% hearing in left ear. Within days of returning to 400 ft elev vertigo almost gone and tinnitus improving. Hearing in left ear improved to about 60%. Since I also started walking on treadmill at a 15 min mile rate for 30-60 min/day (hanging on to bars tightly) I think that helped, too. Saw article where someone got 100% relief by low sodium, no alcohol, caffeine diet, 12 c water and jogging every day. Anyone else maintained remission with jogging or daily cardio?
