Hi, have you joined the Australian Menieres page on FB? If not, I would suggest it.

    Hi
I've joined one group but most of the members are from the UK
If you could tell me the name of the group that would be great

I love the name of the AU MD group! Someone was creative!

@Nae, the traditional treatment for MD is a diuretic such as diazide or diamox along w/ intermittent corticosteroids to help control symptoms flares. Diamox made me feel awful so I have taken diazide (Triamterene) 2x/day for 8 yrs, & I keep 10 mg Prednisone tablets on hand to take when my symptoms flare up. I take up to 60 mg of Prednisone at a time if symptoms are bad enough. It can stake a couple of days for the Prednisone to reduce the symptoms.

Hello Nae. In the past the lights in shopping centers triggered me, but somehow that has ended. Try antihistamines. They have helped me sometimes. Good luck with this.
