Can the IV drip we get before surgery cause vertigo attack? For example before cataract surgery? That's probably a dumb question but when I think of IV I think of saline/salt/sodium. Thanks.
Absolutely not dumb, verti... I had a lot of iv infusions after two accidents and a bowel occlusion surgery. Absolutely nothing happened. Of course something can happen, but as my doctor said: you will always know afterwards. I think the best preparation is to be as calm as possible. Best wishes Lilja
