I just found a web site which I think is very helpful, by a nutritionist with Meniere's, who controls her symptoms with an anti-inflammatory diet, especially one that is gluten-free. I have been on the diet for about a week and have found that my inflammation has noticeably decreased, and during that time, no MD flareups. Dear JanieJiffy, Congrats to your success! May I ask in which parts of your body you feel inflammation or is diagnosed? I also have good experiences with antiinflammatory medicine, when I had to take quite a lot of IBU because of severe pain, my MD Symptoms were much better or gone.
