No you don’t have bats in. your belfry! I have pretty much same symptoms and am grateful as bad as this is already for not having vertigo. Update is I’m having a lot of ear fullness and pressure, mild off balance and just a lot of general fatigue. So all I’ve done, I’m some better bc I was banging into walls at one point I was so off balance and nauseated feeling, that’s gone pretty much but still need help. Doc just put me up to a second acyclovir a day but am concerned about possible kidney side effects so may not continue on higher dosage. There has to be more help out there. I read a study where “French Maritime Pine Bark” which is patented as Pycnogenol worked at a high rate for the study group. They had to take 150mg per day. Im going to try it.

Does anyone have a lot of fatigue with this condition? Besides all the other symptoms?

I go through periods of debilitating fatigue where everything is a struggle, even getting up to get a drink of water. 2pm-6pm is when it’s at its worst. Acupuncture is the only thing that helps me with that.

I wouldn't be able to (helpfully) explain how it works, but if you talk to a licensed practitioner about exhaustion/low energy, they will know what will help. I go once a week at first, stretching it out to a couple, then as needed. I can go months without going until the exhaustion creeps back and I start all over. This is what helps for me!

Just Motrin when needed. I have weaned myself off all pills except asthma and allergy meds. I changed my diet to nearly 90% plant based with no added sugar or salt, seems to have alleviated most of the bad symptoms to manageable enough.

Yes, my stamina for anything physical has dropped tremendously. Truthfully I use cannabis to ignore the fatigue, it helps quite a bit especially with nausea. I just don't use it when I drive, which I rarely do nowadays anyway.

@Hoping I did as well. I think it has to do with the balance system having to work overtime to make up for being whacky…
