Have had tinnitus and fullness since developing Meniere’s disease in 2020. It is a terrible condition and I sympathize with all of you. I have found the following treatments have helped me a lot: -strict low sodium diet and take a natural diuretic based on dandelions -various anti-oxidant supplements such as alpha lipoic acid, taurine, Niagen, resveratrol, gingko biloba, ubiquinol, pycnogenol -various minerals and vitamins as supplements -tested for allergic reactions to various foods : removed any foods that I was allergic to. -melatonin to sleep well at night, ashwaghanda to reduce anxiety -drink 2-3 L of water per day -mouth retainer for TMJ -Flonase (a steroid) and wash sinuses with a nette pot -meditation and working out
Ermanno, that's similar to what I'm doing. How is your regimen working out? I follow a low sodium diet mostly plant based diet but not entirely, take a diuretic, a liquid vitamin and mineral (for better absorption) plus, take supplements that are known for their anti-inflammatory properties -NAC, bromelain, lemon bioflavonoids and astragalus. And I meditate too. I believe the supplements are working, in particular the NAC (N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine), but it's too soon to tell yet regarding the NAC as I've recently just added it. It's a pre-cursor to glutathione and is a powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant. It is used in hospitals to detoxify people that have OD'd on acetaminophen. I'll know better in a few weeks as to how well its working.
Sorry i got your reply with a very long delay! My regimen is working well. Not cured for sure, now and then get tinnitus and fullness, but over all much better. Best of luck!
Dandelions? Like every day? That could be risky. DO NOT assume herbal medicine is "safer" than pharmaceutical medicines. Dandelion roots effect clotting, and too much over too long could give you thrombocytopenia or whatever it is. Processing the phytochemicals out of your body could also mess with your kidneys or liver
