Does acyclovir lower red blood cell counts?

Does acyclovir and/or valacyclovir lower red blood cell counts?

I've recently found indeed that my vestibular neuritis will be regularly recurring and that indeed the antivirals work against it.

But i've been super tired, and it's hardtop separate out if it's just a symptom of my brain compensating the dizziness or if the antivirals are doing something to me.

All my searches only bring up that these antivirals CAN cause medical grade thrombocytopenia, but I'm obviously not having any severe medical episodes, and I just want to find out if they generally lower red blood cells
