Can you neti pot when doing low sodium diet?

So, obviously with Meniere's, low sodium diet.

But I know that with doing neti pot, they do advise that you will absorb some of the sodium and they warn of blood pressure.

Anybody here on low sodium and done neti pot? Did it trigger you?
