I've had MD for 11 years now. About 2 years ago I started the JoH regimen and it has completely stopped vertigo/nausea for me, but I still have near-constant fatigue. I still have mild tinnitus which can get louder if I don't sleep well and as far as I can tell it may be what's causing the fatigue. Has anyone found anything to help with improving their energy? While I can function and do things, the lack of energy makes it hard to have any motivation and after doing work or exercise it takes a while to recover.

The fatigue is real! I always say that I feel like someone throws a wet blanket on me!
I haven't found the answer to not being tired, but I'm newly diagnosed so I'm still feeling out
all the new things I've been told not to do. It's all frustrating.

I have had Menieres over 6 years and past 11/2 years it’s worst fatigue I believe for me if I don’t sleep well at night I really can’t do much next day I have to really push myself and I am not that type person because I like to stay busy.
Yes herbal teas are good but I wake in night have trouble going back going to try Bach remedy liquid melts will let u know how that goes .
