Hello I'm worried because I don't know if this could be Meneire. Since last Tuesday I have noticed stomach pains after eating. I noticed stagnant gases, after several hours it passed until I ate again. I dieted and got better, but I'm still not cured of everything. The fact is that today I had mild dizziness, not disabling, but annoying. Now I don't know if both things can be related or separately. Just in case, I have increased the dose of betahistine and lysine and tomorrow I will increase the antidepressant salt in case this is stress because I have been working a lot of work for a few weeks and working 10-12 hours a day. On Tuesday I have an appointment with my doctor if I don't get better, but the doctors don't pay attention to the meneires.
Update: I'm still having that mild dizziness, it's not stopping me from working or going to the gym. When I notice it the most is when I lie down or get out of bed or if I tilt my head up or down a lot to look at the ceiling or the floor. But compared to my first Meniere's hell this is even a gift. I hope it doesn't get worse. But I've already talked to my doctor and I have prescriptions for sulpiride and corticosteroids, this time it won't take weeks like in my first Meniere.* * In my first Meneire crisis it took about 3 weeks until a doctor ordered me to take corticosteroids. It is not 100% certain, but there is medical literature that indicates that the sooner corticosteroids are taken when Meniere appears, the more chances there are of saving more hearing. I've always thought that I lost a lot of hearing for a first attack because of this delay. I lost about 40-50% of my hearing.
Good news, little by little that feeling of dizziness went away and after a week I barely have it anymore. Right now I only notice something when I lie down in bed. False alarm. Thank God.
