I also haven't seen any side effects from Ivermectin and I experienced horrible side effects from the valacyclovir . I hate to make suggestions for anyone else's health. I am not a physician. I am a nurse married to a physician and I can say that personally we are both taking ivermectin for different reasons. Me for my Menires and he for an elevated PSA. He opted for the ivermectin over main stream medicine approach. It has proven to b beneficial in both of our cases without the side effects that come with main stream approaches. I hope this helps.

@CBerlin - just curious how you came to the 18mg/day Iver.
I have decided to hold off on taking my rx Acyclovir and have some 12mg Iver tabs.
I took my first 12mg today and considering increasing to 24mg daily starting tomorrow.
    I am 54yo and 220# at 6'-0".
I am still taking the JOH regimen (most, at least) and also on Losartin for BP and prophylactic dose of Eliquis after PE and DVE in 2023. I read that Iver and Eliquis have an interaction and that Iver actually has some blood thinning properties. Another win for Iver if I can drop the Eliqui$$$.
I do have a follow up with my blood dr this week - might bring it up but not sure just how to broach the subject.
I did not include the Ginkgo Biloba in my JOH protocol for the same reason.
When I had Cov, I was lucky enough to get rx Iver and was quarantined but was out of bed and building my back porch in 48 hours.
I took 30mg/day then so I hardly think 24mg would be too much in this case. I'm considering some activated charcoal.
    Thanks
    jw
