    Hello All,
About 2 weeks ago I noticed that my affected ear started feeling slightly different than my usual buzz. It wasn't super loud and stuffy like when I've had the really bad attacks. it was just a bit louder and the sound was a bit different. A few hours later I started feeling like I was sea sick, like I was stepping off the boat. This feeling lasted for about 10 days. The dizziness really was tolerable, more bothersome than my daily slight dizziness but tolerable. The only thing that was very different than before was that I was experiencing nausea. I never got sick but I was nauseous a lot. This was a different pattern for me. I usually only experience nausea during a full on vertigo.
The only thing that I did different was to miss my monthly steroid ear injection. I went back to see my doctor and he gave me the shot and things got a lot better since then. I will take another shot today in the hopes to put me back to where I was before.
Anyone else that experiences nausea with mild dizziness?

Yes, that is pretty typical for me. After about 8 years of mm I began feeling nausea a lot without vertigo.

I sometimes get waves of nausea (that frequently turned into a diarrhea episode) with associated mild dizziness/light headedness. I haven't had a really bad attack in 5 months (knock on wood).

This could be a typical day (or multiple days) for me, my MM varies wildly from almost nothing, low pressure, minimal tinnitus to full blown vertigo attacks that literally have me crying on the floor, fighting to keep from barfing my guts out. With days like you describe thrown in and other days where I'm just foggy and off balance AND just for good measure sometimes the symptoms change several times throughout the day. So, I may start the day off well and feeling pretty good and then a few hours later I feel like crap, etc. etc.

Almost daily I experience a wave or two of nausea. Lately it’s been pretty rough, I’ve been missing work again as the waves are also accompanied by short vertigo sessions that self resolve. These episodes are new for me, having them over the last couple months after I started taking valacyclovir. It seems that drug has ended my major episodes but just spread everything out so I experience symptoms daily in a roll of the dice type manner.
