I read through old posts on fatigue. But I still have a few questions. (Not that there are answers!) 1. Does a Laby cure the fatigue? 2. Does a VNS at least help it a bit? 3. Anyone take Wellbutrin? The people I know who take it seem revved up and talk a lot.
the laby will take care of you menieres and allow you to live a normal life. As Morgan Freeman said in Shawshank Redemption (one of my favorite movies) "Get Busy Living or get Busy Dying"

Following is just a note for others - it can be done by Dr. Issam Saliba at Montreal University Hospital Center (CHUM). https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/25403881
