Is anyone on both Acyclovir and Monolauren? What results have you had? Have you had your kidneys checked? The results?
Acyclovir doesn't work as well as Valtrex. It doesn't help with the pressure in my ear but the attacks have gone down to 1 a day. The reason i'm not taking Valtrex is because it's not covered and really expensive to keep up with. The Monolauren seems to be working I'm not too sure yet to make an official judgement. I've started taking Monolauren 1 week ago, half a scoop 3 times a day with vitamin D.
sorry forgot to update I was on 1500 MG of valtrex it didn't work so my doctor prescribed me 3,000 MG which cleared up everything but it was too expensive $150 a week on acyclovir i was on 1500 mg now i'm on 2,800 - 3,000 it works but not as good as valtrex. valtrex takes away everything and i only get 1 attack a day where on acyclovir it's usually 1-2 attacks per day most i had was 3.
