    Hello,

I'm new to the forum. I have had Meniere's for about a year and a half now. I currently am on the JOH regiment, which gave me about 90% relief for 6 months until lately when things came back with a vengeance. I have been trying the high dose Vitamin C regiment and am working on figuring out tolerance. Not to be graphic here, but I've read different things and would like to be clear. Is bowel tolerance reached at complete liquid stool, or just diarrhea?

You actually want to reach 80-90% of bowel tolerance (BT). You'll know bc your stomach will rumble and be a bit gassy. If you're pooping liquid, then you went too far.

The key skill is to hold that 80-90% without going over. I just did it for a few days last week while fighting off a virus.

New here but, not new to meineres disease.

Please explain the anti viral part of meiners disease I've been to so many doctors over the past 25 yrs for this curse and not one doctor mentioned a virus of any kind during any of my useless treatments.

    Hi there,

Here is the paper that Dr. Gacek in Mass published on it. Most of us who have followed his protocol have found success.
