bubbagump I don't know why you think air pressure does not have to do with weather when its a scientific fact and where are you saying to move to where there is no fluctuations on barometric pressure?

and I have no idea what you re trying to say in your point number 7.

What facts are you basing your statements on that it is possible to get rid of air pressure and it does not affect people with Meniere's? please post links to this data.

Muff, the app is eWeather HD. Shows the past 24 hours of barometric pressure activity.

Sodium absolutely affects ME. When I don't strictly watch my sodium and stay under 1200-1400mg or so a day - it absolutely triggers a vertigo attack.... without fail.... I have had it happen enough times to know that I don't want it to happen anymore and since I have been on a sodium restricted diet I have only had two small episodes in 7 months instead of the two or three a week I was getting.... But again - we know with this disease what works for one doesn't work for another.... I am sticking to what works for me... and makes my life manageable.... yea - its no fun.... but its alot more fun being able to live relatively normal than laying on the bathroom floor a few days a week and sleeping my life away :)

Nicky high sodium intake affects many MM patients just as barometric pressure does that's why both are listed almost everywhere when reading about Meniere's triggers on website and medical articles.

Some get affected more than others, but nothing is the same across the board as far as MM and how people experience it and what their triggers are.
