A truly great parent loves their kids unconditionally, even though there are times they want to knock the shit out of them!
You got that right, perfect timing for this post as it is 11:10 pm and my 4th grade 10 year old just came to me at 10:30 which is an hour and half past his 9:00 bed time with the news that "I have a spelling test tomorrow which I forgot to study for" As always my first thought is as always "you gotta be f@$&ing kidding me" Wanted to flip out and snap but instead opened the refrigerator and grabbed a Stella Artois Beer and just said as I always do about kids when they make a mistake. "Their just young, dumb and full of cum" So hopefully by 11:30 he will be able to spell words such as universal and pass his 8:00 test tomorrow. Can't wait to turn the light on at 6:15 and tell him time to get up for school. Can you say World War 3. You nailed it Red!!
LOL! Dolphin, that's the truth! Talk about hell on earth and scared shitless when you're in the passenger seat.
My point... The brain is the most outstanding organ it works 24/7 365 days a year until it falls in love!
Hang in there, bulldogs. There is great satisfaction watching your "kids" when they have teenagers of their own!
