For those that have TMJ symptoms along with inner ear symptoms, have you lost the natural curve in your neck as well, known as cervical Kyphosis, or military neck?

My cervical spine is definitely out of alignment due to my 20 plus years sitting in front of a screen and typing for hours ... wait ... I'm doing it now! ;)

As the cause of Meniere's may be due to a variety of things - Fungal, Viral, etc. - it's possible that some people have inflammation that hits the inner ear caused by their neck misalignment. (Maybe a pinched nerve or decreased blood flow?) If you look through this forum, and others, you'll find people who had success with chiropractors of various types. (And many people who have not.) I've seen one for a couple of months now and though my neck has greater mobility than before I haven't had a noticeable change in my Meniere's symptoms.

That said, and I'm sure others will chime in, be careful with chiropractors. One bad stretch or crack and you could have Meniere's *AND* a bad neck to boot.

I think upper cervical specific chiros (blair method) are wonderful for wellness. I do think that some menieres may be caused by neck issues. Ultimately antivirals have helped me the most. I still see my chiro monthly. There's my two cents. :)
