Well well well, I woke up today and found out my wife volunteered me for some charity work without telling until this morning. Nevertheless it was for Children's Hospital and raising money for operations sick children would otherwise not be able to get because of insurance/financial constraints. ---it was a good cause. They put me in charge of the goat petting zoo!!! I have a photo but don't know how to post it? I will email it to fair and hopefully she will post it. I am 45 but feel like 80. Lol
Thanks Fair Bea, Sweet, a Wolf Sanctuary, those things can eat you, be careful. I see lots of coyotes where I live at night and eRly morning along with deer.
Some of the wolves are somewhat domesticated. You always have 2 handlers near. Some will take food from your hand, allow you to pet, and take photos. My cousin volunteers there and she says there's no feeling like it. In any case, I know there are wild animals all around. We have deer, raccoon, opossum, fox, groundhogs, turkey vultures and Hawks, just to name a few that are seen on a daily basis. There are other things I'd like than to be eaten by a wolf...
Awesome Hopefully Fair found my picture as the goat whisperer and will post it. I need a shower, I was wearing flip flops and smell like a zoo. I stepped in everything you can imagine but had fun.
